The Day at Blueberry Ranch

So as part of our long weekend of fun we all went to Blueberry Ranch to pick out pumpkins and have fun in general. It was me and Mekhi, Aunt Steph, Uncle Matt, Kaden and Ireland, Uncle Thomas and Clinton (Matt's Friend) and Richard (Matt's Friend). There was a corn maze and pig racing, a pumpkin canon and ICE CREAM. We all had an absolute blast, the kids were great and we all picked out a pumkin to carve for Thanksgiving Day.

Super Fun at the Golf Course

Ok so I know this is a lot of blogging recently, but we've been very busy. If you check Steph's blog there may be some of the same photos. But last year right around this time I disembarked the Sea Princess and moved to Petawawa, was only like 2 months pregnant at the time. Dad came to visit and we all went out and did a photo shoot around the golf course. So today when it turned out to be such a nice day I suggested we do a re-due photo shoot considering the new additions to the family. It was tons of fun and got some great photos.

So many new things!

So Uncle Clinton came to visit yesterday and Mekhi got to hang with him for a while. Then our busy day began, lots of pics, play time on the floor, family photos and a walk all the way to McDonalds (purely to get an ice coffee he ehee).
After such a busy day Mekhi had a great sleep with his new friend.

Today I decided that it was time Mekhi tries Baby Cereal. We firstly examined the box to ensure we were ready.


Once we both agreed it was time then the show began, although funny faces were made he seemed to like it and ate about half of the bowl (one tablespoon of baby cereal was used). I'm so proud of my little boy, he's getting so big!!!!

Reunited!!

Well here we are in Petawawa and the kids did not play strange at all. Kaden absolutely loves his baby cousin and calls him "Ki" because he can't say the full name. Ireland however is very upset that Mekhi has curls and tries to pull them out of his head on a daily basis. What can I say, their family hee hee. Mekhi has so far had his first time in a jolly jumper, we went for a walk and Mekhi tried out his snow suit, which matches Ireland's only her's is pink, totally adorable! And we went to visit Aunt Hilary and Rob (Hilary's boyfriend) and saw the snake. And while we were at Hilary's house MEKHI ROLLED OVER!!! BACK TO FRONT for the first time!!! Oh my baby is so big sob sob :( Anyways i'm attaching a bunch of pics so far and will continue while we visit.

Tough Love

So today I decided that children are never to young to learn. So I decided that Mekhi would benefit from being put in jail, as this way when he's a teen I can say "you've already been in jail once, no need to do it again". Hahahahaha. So here it is, Megan and Mekhi's day in Jail!!!

Mekhi's Play Date

Well earlier this week Mekhi had a play date with some older babies. Friends of mine and their 6 months old babies. Mekhi had a blast, was so tired afterwards he slept the whole evening. I was showing Mum some of the pictures that one of the other Mum's took of Mekhi and she told me to blog them. So here they are (no pics of the other kids, some peeps are funny about that stuff so I don't post them).

Mekhi has been sucking on his hand, so in the effort to try to break him of it I bought him a friend, his little duck. I put it with him in his car seat to keep his hands busy, has been working so far.

Feels funny cause my life is now Mekhi, all my posts, Mekhi. But hey...he really is so much fun. Can't wait to bring him to Petawawa to play with Kaden and Ireland and see his Auntie Hilary and Stephanie. Anyays hope everyone is well!!!

3 MONTHS OLD!

Well Mekhi is now 3 months and has decided that he's a big boy now and wants to sit like a big boy. Can't wait until we get to Petawawa, look out Ireland...he's ready for you now!!!

Well we made it back to Kenora, our second visit with Kellon was amazing. The bar manager gave him the full morning off so we had from 8am to 3:30pm together. Time flew by as usual, but we had an amazing time. Mekhi and Kellon played together which was just amazing, they are going to be trouble together when Mekhi is older haha. So just a few pics now that I finally have been able to download the photos from my camera. Their of the 2 weeks,

Kellon also made a video for Mum, a while ago she knit him a hat and mitts, so I gave them to him, here is his reaction.

And Mekhi finally figured out how to go from his front to his back, again i'm lucky cause I got it on video woo hoo!

And finally we arrive home and Mekhi got to meet his Great Grandma and Great Granny
